cooking stuff
fell into a rabbit hole of cooking tip videos because i've been struggling with feeding myself these past few weeks/months. here's some i found especially useful:
- how to make a very good salad
- a bunch of ways to cook beans
- Eating on $12 a Week (specifically the carrot rice lentil skillet, rustic bread, and homemade flour tortillas)
some things i took away from these videos: beans can be fun and versatile! i need to eat more of them! and salad is more fun if your toppings are all the same size, like a salsa......... wow.........
i'm super excited to go out and get groceries when i have the money so i can begin cooking again... i'm excited to find joy in something i love again :) i know it's possible for me. i just wish it wasn't so unsteady how often i can do it...
i looooove watching people cook vegan and vegetarian meals. i really just need to do that once a week or so to kick my ass into gear and inspire me to eat- lmaooo
